Brief responsibilities:

  • Lead the mapping of Epic EHR data elements to appropriate Epic FHIR resources and profiles in collaboration with the PrimEra Data Science, Prime HL7, and Epic teams.
  • Design, implement, and validate FHIR-based data pipelines for seamless and secure data integration between systems.
  • Coordinate with the Prime Epic and Epic TS team to set up, test, and troubleshoot FHIR pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for FHIR resource mapping, pipeline implementation, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the integration process.
