3 Prototype Development & Testing Developing first prototypes based on design specifications Conduct basic feasibility checks and report design concerns Coordinate with testing and production teams for design validation

4 Product & Process Optimization Modify designs to improve manufacturability and reduce cycle time Identify and implement design improvements for weight/material savings Implement engineering changes as per feedback from production

5 Cross-Functional Collaboration Support production, quality, and procurement teams with designrelated queries Participate in CFT meetings for design discussions

6 Continuous Improvement & Learning Participate in Kaizen and lean initiatives Learn and implement new design software/tools as required Assist in documenting SOPs for design processes 7 Safety & Compliance Ensure designs comply with safety and regulatory standards Support inspections of existing designs for improvement
