Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct price analysis, comparison, negotiation, and finalization of purchase orders and schedules.
  • Follow up on material procurement, liaising with internal departments for quality checks and payment processing.
  • Plan procurement strategies for residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective material purchases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, collecting quotations, preparing rate comparison statements, and securing management approvals for purchase orders.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors while ensuring vendor compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate vendor management tasks, ensuring smooth collaboration between external vendors and internal teams.
  • Analyze and interpret GFC (Good For Construction) drawings for procurement planning.
  • Work closely with contractors and project teams for seamless project execution.

Software Skills :

  • MS excel to find out quantities of items.
  • Weekly reports.
  • MS word for making reports.
  • Using Highrise / Tally to scheduling, tracking the project.
  • Using Microsoft Project to scheduling, tracking the Project.
