Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain responsive website designs optimized for user experience and user interface
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web pages
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ensure website designs are mobile-friendly and meet accessibility standards
  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Work with brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity
  • Create engaging visuals for website banners, icons, infographics, and other digital assets
  • Edit and retouch images as needed
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time
  • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch
  • Understand website development frameworks with basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Be familiar with content management systems like WordPress
  • Present a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects
  • Exhibit excellent creativity and visual design skills
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Apply knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Display good communication and teamwork skills
