We are looking for a Consultant (reporting to the Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant) with 5 – 10 years of work experience in government advisory bodies.

Base Location – Mumbai, Maharashtra

Responsibility

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder coordination with government departments, investors, and agencies.
  • Manage investment promotion initiatives and investor facilitation activities.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and policy-relevant reports, briefs, and collaterals. Provide coordination and documentation

support for meetings.

  • Prepare reports, briefs, feasibility notes, pitch decks, and collaterals with clear, concise, and policy-relevant content.
  • Represent the state maritime board in key meetings of Government departments and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate infrastructure projects, including gap analysis, strategy formulation, clearances, and design review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A master's degree in planning from a Government-Recognised institution or equivalent qualification is acceptable.
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • Preference for the candidates with exposure to:
  • Maritime sector projects (ports, waterways, jetties, harbours, marinas, terminals).
  • Government advisory/consulting assignments.
  • Basic knowledge of PPP transaction processes, feasibility studies, and bid management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to structure, prioritize, and work through strict timelines.
  • Proficiency in English (Compulsory).
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
