Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  1. Network and Security Management:

· Configure and monitor firewalls (Sonic Wall) for DHCP IP assigning and internet access (Active without license).

· Maintain and troubleshoot LAN networks, ensuring proper documentation of configurations and issues.

  1. Hardware & Device Maintenance:

· Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, projectors, local printers, and rental Xerox machines.

· Provide remote technical support to regional marketing staff.

· Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and mobile access credentials, ensuring adherence to established processes.

  1. Server & Cloud Management:

· Monitor and maintain physical servers, Active Directory user delegation, file sharing, and backups, ensuring documentation is up to date.

· Manage and troubleshoot cloud C-Panel email servers, including the creation of new email IDs.

· Monitor and maintain Azure cloud servers, including user profile creation, auto-backup processes, and restoration as needed, with support from Agiliz-Tech.

  1. Software & Application Support:

· Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook, maintaining relevant documentation.

· Monitor daily backups (Auto Backup) of Tally data, create new vendor profiles, and assign permissions based on management requirements.

· Oversee CRM marketing software, coordinate with vendors for updates and modifications, and ensure adherence to documented processes.

· Troubleshoot EPABX issues by coordinating with the maintenance team and maintaining records.

· Monitor and troubleshoot HR payroll software, ensuring proper documentation of updates and issues.

  1. User Management & IT Compliance:

· Create and manage employee biometric IDs, ensuring adherence to the defined process.

· Monitor renewals of domains, C-Panel servers, Tally licenses, and such other licenses for payroll etc.

· Coordinate with the Mobile Service Providers for new mobile connections and issue resolution, documenting interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
