Secretary
to support the Founder and leadership team in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Founder/leadership team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Maintain documentation, contracts, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Support in event planning, brand meetings, and investor/client interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks and commitments.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
