Project Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Lead and manage EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector, overseeing design offices and ensuring timely delivery of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders (Client, Project Team, Design, Construction, Procurement).
- Monitor third-party design teams for schedule and cost compliance.
- Identify risks to project schedule/cost and implement mitigation actions.
- Participate in key project meetings (Kick-off, Scheduling, Design Reviews).
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company procedures.
- Track project progress against MDR and resolve open action items.
- Manage engineering KPIs and budgets, feeding inputs into forecasts.
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 20+ years in design, with 10+ years in project leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or related field.
- Strong EPC Oil & Gas project background with conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership, team-building, and communication abilities.
- Familiar with ISO/QA standards and corporate engineering procedures.
