Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Surveyor located in Gurugram. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting various types of land surveys including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys. The role involves using total station instruments and survey software to collect and analyze data, preparing detailed technical descriptions, and creating accurate survey maps. The Land Surveyor will also be responsible for verifying survey results, conducting route and road surveys, and assisting with land titling processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
• Experience with Total Station instruments
• Skills in Building Surveying and general Surveying practices
• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional certification or licensure is a plus
