Job Purpose:

To increase and stabilize markets year on year (YOY) as per the Business Plan discussed and planned with Senior Management. Responsible for maintaining overall business revenue as per plan and implementing business expansion strategies for the assigned state.

Key Responsibilities and KPIs:

  • Achieve planned business revenue YOY as outlined in the business plan.
  • Utilize the allocated budget efficiently as per the business plan.
  • Initiate sales forecasting by product, brand, and SKU-wise, comparing forecasted vs actual.
  • Drive increase in Ghadi cake and Ghadi powder business volume (MT) YOY.
  • Ensure market coverage aligns with the annual business plan.
  • Increase and stabilize new market counters as per the business plan.
  • Upscale distributors in terms of club memberships YOY.
  • Increase investment percentage at the distributor level YOY.
  • Maintain attrition rate on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Ensure timely submission and clearance of distributor and business partner claims.
  • Handle customer satisfaction, grievance management, and market complaints effectively.
  • Achieve planned RTGS as per business plan.
  • Optimize manpower utilization versus approved manpower.
  • Monitor number of training batches planned vs actual participation of field force.
  • Manage productive sales calls and product mix monthly.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory forecasted vs actual monthly and yearly.
  • Effectively utilize marketing inputs and resources.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate degree mandatory.
  • MBA or relevant professional degree preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in similar roles.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding.
  • Proven ability in business analytics and market expansion.
  • Prior experience in similar sales leadership roles.
