Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and hands-on expertise with all major design software. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports various marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design digital and print assets including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong proficiency in design software including:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe XD / Figma (optional but preferred)
  • Canva (added advantage)
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and make revisions as needed.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Job Type: Full-time
