About the Role :

Vikgol is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to architect and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack, , and mobile technologies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our AI, Product, and DevOps teams to build and scale next-generation digital products that power immersive, cloud-native experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop microservices-based applications using and

- Build highly interactive and responsive web interfaces using and with a strong focus on performance and user experience.

- Develop and optimize mobile applications using React Native (or equivalent frameworks).

- Manage and automate cloud deployments using AWS EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for scalability and reliability.

- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from architecture design to production deployment.

- Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and horizontal scalability across all applications.

- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, DevOps, Design, and Product teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Microservices Architecture (Core Requirement)

- MERN Stack : MongoDB, , ,

- & Server-Side Rendering (SSR)

- Mobile Development : React Native (or similar frameworks)

- Databases : PostgreSQL (Advanced), MongoDB

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation), Docker, Kubernetes

- Version Control & CI/CD : Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- AI API integration, real-time data streaming (Kafka, Redis)

- GraphQL, WebSockets, or Serverless architecture

- Exposure to Metaverse platforms, 3D frameworks, AR/VR technologies

- Knowledge of micro-frontends and modular scalable architectures

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on full-stack development experience.

- Prior experience in cloud-first, microservices-driven product environments.

- Strong problem-solving, optimization, and scalability mindset.

- Ability to lead feature development and contribute strategically to product direction.
