Accountabilities

  • Key Performance Indicators Detailed consumer survey activity with the help of local vendors, timely installation of meters, and synchronization with the HES
  • To liaison with counterparties (Discom, outsourcing agencies, local administration etc.)
  • to develop stakeholder relationships for ensuring support and smooth project execution.
  • Ensuring fault resolution within SLA-defined timelines.
  • Periodic team & installation agency review on installation progress/quality of installations.
  • Supervisory / Surprise on-site visits.
  • Submit Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports to management on progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Meter installation schedule
  • Supervisory checks
  • Certifying vendor invoices
  • Monthly operational Report

Qualifications:

  • B. Tech 10 + yrs preference for smart metering-related experience
