We are Hiring | IT Service Desk Engineer
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai / Banglore (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (IT or related field preferred)
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Provide technical support and resolve IT service desk tickets via ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, laptops and user applications
- Perform Active Directory user management (account creation, resets, permissions)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT Service Desk or technical support experience
- Proficiency in ITSM processes and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
