Job Title: Assistant Manager QMS / Quality Systems SpecialistDepartment: Quality AssuranceLocation: GurgaonJob Purpose:To lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance withAS9100 and ISO NABL) standards. The role focuses on ensuring complianceacross processes and products through robust planning, audits, risk management, andcross-functional collaboration to drive continual improvement, customer satisfaction,and operational excellenceDevelop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the Aerospace /Defence industry standards (including: AS9100 / CEMILAC / DGAQA /AFQMSapprovals), accreditation requirements and business requirements across theorganization through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control and improve thequality of all processes throughout the organization and the final product.

Manage theaudit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodiesduring audits are effectively corrected and independently verified. Embed a culture ofcontinuous improvement throughout the company. Key Responsibilities:QMS and Standards Compliance Implement and sustain the QMS in compliance with AS9100 or IATF 16949,and ISO NABL) requirements.

 Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits; ensure timelyimplementation of corrective actions and closure of non-conformities.  Maintain up-to-date and controlled quality documentation, including qualitymanuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and records.  Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangementsfor key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan.

 Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise withexternal bodies on all matters relating to registration. Maintain and improve, inline with business needs Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System(QMS) Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised andmodified to meet the needs of external certification bodies Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessments incoordination with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

 System Analysis (MSA) to validate the accuracy and consistency of inspectionsystems.  Promote quality awareness and provide training on QMS standards and toolsacross departments. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.

 3–7 years of experience in Quality function within an AS9100-certifiedaerospace /Defence company.  Hands on experience in deploying AS9100 Quality Management System acrossorganization with Min 2 years in a role of MR.  In-depth knowledge of AS9100 / IATF 16949 and ISO NABL) ; Working knowledge of SAP (2+ years) preferred.
