Dispatch Executive

Dispatch Executive coordinates the timely and accurate movement of goods, managing logistics, scheduling vehicles and drivers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring effective supply chain management. Key responsibilities include monitoring deliveries, maintaining inventory records, preparing invoices, liaising with drivers and customers, and resolving any logistical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Overseeing the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of goods and materials.
• Route Optimization: Planning and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.
• Vehicle and Driver Management: Scheduling drivers, allocating vehicles, and communicating with drivers regarding routes and delivery times.
• Documentation: Preparing and maintaining accurate shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery acknowledgements.
• Inventory Management: Inspecting incoming goods, preparing goods for dispatch, and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Customer Communication: Communicating with customers about delivery schedules, special handling requests, and resolving issues.
• Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies during the transportation process.
• Reporting: Generating and analyzing reports on dispatches, deliveries, and driver performance.
• Compliance: Keeping track of transportation regulations and ensuring driver compliance.
