Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer at New Delhi Institute of Management (BBA), located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Officer will oversee the admissions process, including evaluating applications, coordinating admissions interviews, and assisting prospective students throughout their application journey. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with students, families, and educational consultants, managing inquiries and database systems, and ensuring smooth enrollment procedures in compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and stakeholders
  • Experience or understanding of international admissions processes and education systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a diverse audience
  • Customer service skills for responding to inquiries and guiding prospective students through the admissions process
  • Knowledge of educational systems and policies, particularly in the field of business education, is preferred
  • Proficiency in office tools and database management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required; experience in admissions or academic advising is a plus
