We are seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter, along with a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX and performance optimization.
As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust features.
- Implement modern UI designs with responsiveness, animations, and smooth navigation.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services into mobile apps.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, usability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application issues across multiple devices and OS versions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 14 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, architecture, and deployment.
- Experience with State Management approaches (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, MobX).
- Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane).
- Familiarity with cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Azure for mobile apps.
- Understanding of push notifications, deep linking, and app store deployments.
- Exposure to unit testing and automated testing in Flutter.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
