Job Description:-

• Perform independently procedures as per the clinical privileges authorized.
• Should be well versed with all OPD and clinical procedures of Ophthalmology.
• Assistant Professors of Ophthalmology generally divide their time between clinical practice, teaching medical students and residents, and pursuing scholarly activities such as research or publishing.
• You may supervise and mentor trainees in clinics or the operating room, deliver lectures, develop curriculum materials, and participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Collaboration with colleagues across subspecialties and involvement in academic outreach are common aspects of the role.
• Balancing these varied responsibilities provides professional growth, networking opportunities, and the satisfaction of shaping the next generation of ophthalmologists.
