About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and adoption of our cross-game systems & central tools /enablements. These platforms power Gameberry's live ops, event execution, and scalable features across multiple games.

This role is highly execution-driven, with a strong focus on cross-functional alignment, system thinking and problem solving and detail-oriented delivery. The PM will be responsible for evolving existing cross game systems, build new central live ops, and scaling cross-cutting features such as leaderboards and social systems, and faster time-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate high ownership for central tools and systems, delivering the roadmap, driving adoption across teams and generating impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional members, including game and UX designers, developers, artists, to implement features with complex dependencies
• Enable faster, more reliable event execution by building central management systems and central live ops events
• Drive engineering initiatives which help improve new game development velocity & simplify engineering architecture and systems
• Balance business impact with execution realities — focus on implementation excellence rather than pure ideation.
• Track adoption, define success metrics, and continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in gaming or consumer-tech.
• Experience in building and scaling cross-functional central tools
• Proven track record of cross-functional program management with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Experience in backend/infrastructure initiatives and technical product ownership.
• Passion for gaming, with knowledge of F2P mechanics such as leaderboards, progression, and live ops events.
• Bias for action and execution — ability to deliver high-quality systems that scale.
