About Role:

With a primary focus on policy development, acculturation, and awareness, you will support, coordinate, and drive initiatives that promote cybersecurity and IT security best practices across the organization. This role is key to shaping the security culture and ensuring alignment with global standards and compliance requirements. You will engage with stakeholders, design and execute awareness campaigns, and contribute to audit readiness and documentation efforts.

As part of the broader security and compliance team, you will also support policy lifecycle management, stakeholder training, and compliance reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT security principles, frameworks, and standards.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining security policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to design and execute awareness campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in documentation, reporting, and communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to support audit activities by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. is a plus.
  • Familiarity with governance and control frameworks is preferred (such as ITIL, COBIT, COSO, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and ability to manage small to mid-scale initiatives.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills to explain complex security topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate IT security policies and standards.
  • Design and deliver engaging awareness campaigns to promote security culture.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure policy alignment and adoption.
  • Support audit readiness by preparing documentation and assisting in evidence collection.
  • Track and report on policy compliance metrics and awareness program effectiveness.
  • Create presentations and reports for senior leadership and global forums.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of security documentation and communication practices.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • with 6+ years of experience in IT Security Policy framing, security awareness programs/ training, stakeholder management, security documentation , auditing
  • Any one or more of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 Lead Implementor
  • Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous but optional
  • This is a global role and may require flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
