1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in ideating and planning monthly social media calendars
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts on Instagram, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms
  • Track performance metrics and support in reporting
  • Conduct competitive research and trend mapping

2. Content Creation

  • Support in creating content drafts: captions, scripts, and basic post outlines
  • Coordinate with designers to bring content to life
  • Assist with reels/shoot planning and behind-the-scenes content
  • Write engaging copies tailored to each brand's tone

3. Client Communication & Brand Strategy

  • Join select client calls and internal briefings
  • Help prepare client-facing decks and reports
  • Support brand strategy team with campaign ideas, influencer research, and creative brainstorming
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams for feedback and updates

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interest in digital media, storytelling & branding
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative
  • Prior internship/college fest/content creation experience is a plus
