Project Head – Project Management Services

Experience: 14+ years in construction management or heavy equipment installation services

Working Days: Day Shift (1st and 3rd Saturday off)

Location: Thane

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation services with independent charge for Pan India and international projects.
  • Coordinate and manage dispatch scheduling with the manufacturing department, delivery planning with logistics, and site facilitation for multiple ongoing activities.
  • Drive systems-based planning for projects and manage resources, including expansion of skilled technician teams to meet medium and long-term workload requirements.
  • Provide input to senior leadership on costing, budget vs actuals, and help optimise bidding costs.
  • Present P&L reports in monthly management reviews with a focus on improving profitability against budgeted targets.
  • Formulate strategic plans aligned with growing business volumes and increasing demand for skilled technicians and supervisors.
  • Enhance operational team capabilities in technical skills, planning, resource management, communication, and customer handling.
  • Strengthen team profile through training needs analysis, improved documentation, and certification/licensing initiatives.
  • Role involves both office responsibilities and regular field/site visits; frequent travel to project sites and client locations is required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate certification in project management is preferred.
  • 14+ years of experience in tank installation, construction management, or heavy equipment installation.
  • Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience handling large teams and complex projects.
