  1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

  2. Develop and implement QA/QC plans for civil works (concrete, earthworks, roadworks, etc.).

  3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards (like ISO, ASTM, ACI), and local regulations.
  4. Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality procedures are being followed.
  5. Conduct inspections and supervise material testing (soil, concrete, asphalt, etc.).

  6. Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage or contamination

  7. Documentation and Reporting

  8. Maintain records of all quality-related documentation including inspection requests, test results, and non-conformance reports.

  9. Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to project management and clients.

  10. Ensure traceability and proper documentation of all construction materials and workmanship.

  11. Material Inspection and Approval

  12. Inspect incoming materials and verify against specifications and test certificates

  13. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quality compliance.

  14. Approve materials and workmanship prior to use in the project.

  15. Site Inspection and Supervision

  16. Conduct inspections for foundations, structural work, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing.

  17. Witness testing procedures for compressive strength, compaction, slump tests, etc.
  18. Identify and rectify quality issues or defects on-site.
  19. Witness and verify field and laboratory testing (slump, compaction, cube tests, etc.)
  20. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.

  21. Participate in quality meetings and site coordination reviews

  22. Non-Conformance Management

  23. Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs).

  24. Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  25. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

  26. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with site teams.

  27. Coordination and Communication

  28. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives on quality issues.

  29. Attend quality review meetings and inspections with stakeholders.

  30. Support the project team in maintaining construction standards.

  31. Audit and Compliance

  32. Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits.

  33. Ensure that construction activities align with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
