Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure robust controls over material accounting and related consumption data.

2. Report the non-moving inventory position to senior management

3.Ensure appropriate provisions are booked for potential inventory losses.

4. Maintain compliance with GST requirements applicable to job-work activities.

5. Drive system improvements related to material movement and accounting processes.

6. Coordinate and maintain continuous communication with plant teams to ensure seamless operations.

7.  Active participation for rate negotiation in areas like cateen, transport, car hiring etc.

8.  Oversee scrap sales, auction processes, and related monitoring activities.

9. Coordination with Cross-functional teams / Outside Agencies to safeguard comapany's interest

10. Manage various plant-finance activities, including statutory reporting requirements such as NSS.

11. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement etc.

12. Lead and support the finalisation of contract labour rates.

Technical/ Functional: 

Proficient in SAP

Ability to work with data analytics team
