Job Description:We are hiring Telecallers for Credit Card Sales at our Maduravoyal office. Leads will be provided by the company — your role is to contact the leads, explain the product benefits, and convert them into successful credit card sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with potential customers from the provided leads.
  • Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility details.
  • Convince and assist customers in completing the credit card process.
  • Maintain call records and update daily reports.
  • Achieve sales targets (Fresher: 1–2 cards/day, Experienced: 3–5 cards/day).
  • Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
  • Target-oriented with strong convincing skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) can apply.
