Role Description

Data Management & CRM Analytics

  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems for data accuracy across airline, agency, and corporate client portfolios.
  • Track and analyze client interactions, service requests, and engagement metrics to improve response time and retention.
  • Build dashboards to visualize customer activity, lead pipeline, and revenue contributions.

Sales Performance Reporting

  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports covering targets, achievements, and trends.
  • Use data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) to present insights for management review.
  • Identify underperforming segments and support data-driven action planning.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Collect, interpret, and report on competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand data.
  • Deliver insight reports to guide pricing strategy and business development initiatives.

Forecasting & Sales Trend Analysis

  • Support sales forecasting by analyzing historical sales data, seasonality, and market patterns.
  • Develop models to predict potential sales opportunities and track forecast accuracy.

Process Optimization Through Data

  • Map sales workflows and measure key metrics such as lead turnaround time, conversion ratio, and client response rates.
  • Recommend process improvements backed by quantitative findings and performance metrics.

Documentation & Compliance Reporting

  • Maintain data-backed records of contracts, transactions, and compliance reports for internal and external audits.

Cross-functional Insights & Support

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide data insights for campaigns, promotions, and customer targeting.
  • Measure ROI and campaign performance metrics to support future planning.

Executive Reporting & Business Insights

  • Present actionable insights and data summaries to senior management.
  • Translate raw data into strategic recommendations that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales strategy support
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and partners
  • Experience in Sales Operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experienced in the airline or logistics industry is a plus
