Job Description

As a Software Development Engineer I, you'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain software features for Android applications.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll be a key member of the Product & Tech Team, focusing on delivering moderate complexity features throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

What will you do

• Design and develop robust backend components using android, kotlin, jetpack
• Build native applications using Android
• Debug and resolve issues across backend and frontend in development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to deliver user-centric features.
• Participate in team ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to feature discussions.
• Act as the initial on-call responder, ensuring the health and stability of deployed applications.
• Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
