we are required female candidate for sales cordinator cum Tender Filling

Qualification BE/ Diploma( Electronics / Electrical ) OR Any Graurate

Experience :-0 to 1 year ( fresher can also Apply)

Location - Ankleshwar

Good Command in English Language

Computer Knowledge with MS Office

Role :-

Tender Filling, manage and submit tender documents and bids on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and Other Similar Portals.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the tendering process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Identify and track relevant tenders on various portals including GeM.

Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met.

Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documents.

Analyze tender specifications and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.

Monitor the status of submitted tenders and follow up as necessary.

Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and related communications.

Liaise with clients and vendors for clarifications and negotiations.

Stay updated on changes in tendering procedures and requirements on GeM and other portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
