Position Title: Lecturer – Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) & Radiology

Job Summary:

The Lecturer in Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) & Radiology will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding students in academic and clinical learning, and supporting departmental research and academic activities in the field of Medical Imaging, Radiology, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in MIT and Radiology subjects.
  • Guide and assess students in practical, clinical, and project work.
  • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids in alignment with the curriculum and university standards.
  • Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations fairly and effectively.
  • Supervise student internships, clinical postings, and project dissertations.
  • Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance reports.
  • Assist in departmental activities, workshops, seminars, and research initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies, academic discipline, and professional ethics.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and continuous quality improvement processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • M.Sc. in Medical Imaging Technology / Radiology & Imaging Sciences or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
  • Candidates with B.Sc. in MIT/Radiology and relevant teaching or clinical experience may also be considered for junior lecturer positions.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or clinical experience in radiology, imaging technology, or diagnostic centers.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of radiological imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in digital teaching tools and clinical imaging software.
  • Commitment to academic excellence and student development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
