Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for role The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as overseeing operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating events and activities, and managing staff. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the high standards of service that Daksh Hotels & Resorts is known for, while assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management and guest relations
- Strong skills in operations, event coordination, and staff management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for guest satisfaction and service improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and management tools
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a similar role, is preferred
