Hiring Caretakers for Our Goa and Dehradun OTel Properties
We are looking for full-time, male caretakers for our beautiful properties in Goa and Dehradun.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly remuneration: ₹13,000–₹15,000
Staff quarter with attached washroom
Mobile data connection provided
Three meals per day included
Guest tips can be retained by caretaker (Subject to accounting)
Additional ₹100–₹200 per night may be paid based on guest stays, feedback, and season (peak/non-peak months)
30 days annual leave in non-peak months with no deduction in pay
Requirements:
Must be male, disciplined, and well-groomed
Good housekeeping and guest service skills
Basic cooking skills
2/4 Wheeler Driving skills preferred
Must maintain high hygiene standards
Good communication skills
Internet and WhatsApp knowledge
