  • Proven experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
  • Graduation
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and other telecommunications software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Patience and a resilient attitude.
  • Have good confidence level.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional presence.

Minimum 1 year experience

Ability to read and write basic English and able to understand it.
