Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Specialist (ISG) with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sterling OMS and a strong understanding of merchandising. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. The position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Sterling OMS solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on Sterling OMS functionalities to optimize supply chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Sterling OMS processes and configurations to support ongoing system improvements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Sterling OMS implementations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Sterling OMS to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.
  • Oversee the deployment of Sterling OMS updates and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in merchandising.
  • Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Sterling OMS functionalities and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Sterling OMS to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Support the development of strategic roadmaps for Sterling OMS enhancements aligning with the companys long-term goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Sterling OMS-related activities.

  • Possess a deep understanding of Sterling OMS and its application in optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex system issues efficiently.
  • Have experience in merchandising providing valuable insights into retail operations.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating user-friendly guides.
  • Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
