If you're passionate about the travel industry and quality management, this is the perfect opportunity for you Job Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead a team of Quality Evaluators and Team Leaders for aligned processes, ensuring smooth daily operations. Time and People Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to achieve team goals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Client/Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving improvement objectives and performance. Quality Activities: Oversee documentation for transaction monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Performance Benchmarking: Facilitate sharing of best practices across teams, implementing them to drive consistent performance improvements.
Trend Analysis: Regularly track process trends, identifying improvement opportunities and addressing broken links in the process. Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on trends in agent and process performance, implementing corrective action plans as required. Quality Systems Improvement: Participate in quality systems improvement initiatives, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.
Compliance Management: Ensure dip check and calibration compliance on a weekly basis. Reports and Metrics: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and performance gaps. Bottom Quartile Improvement: Identify bottom quartile performance and drive targeted improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong understanding of the travel domain and GDS knowledge. Expertise in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PPT). Knowledge of quality control tools such as Pareto, Six Sigma, FMEA, SIPOC.Strong supervisory skills with a focus on results and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized and methodical with a strong ability to manage tasks and deadlines. Ability to identify and implement process improvements in a structured and effective manner.
