We are inviting applications for committed and passionate educators for the position of Secondary Teacher for Grades 9–12 in the following subjects :

As a Secondary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate in the subject of specialisation
• B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms)
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in a CBSE school for Grades 9–12

• Strong command over the subject
• Excellent communication skills in English (except for Hindi & Malayalam positions)
• Ability to implement creative, student-centric, activity-based and active learning strategies
• Expertise in technology-integrated and innovative teaching methods
• Awareness of latest educational initiatives and CBSE guidelines
• Effective classroom management and a strong commitment towards holistic student development
• Capacity to mentor and guide students for academic and co-curricular excellence

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
