About the Role
As a
Senior Product Analyst
, you'll work closely with product managers and leadership to uncover insights that shape our roadmap and influence critical business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to join early and help build the foundation of our analytics function.
Since we are just starting to scale this team, this will be an individual contributor role for at least the next year. We're looking for someone with a strong bias to action—a hustler who thrives in ambiguity, unblocks themselves, and uses data to drive impact.
What You'll Do
- Partner with PMs to define KPIs, shape product roadmaps, and prioritise opportunities.
- Segment users and analyse cohorts to uncover drivers of retention, engagement, and churn.
- Design and run A/B tests to validate ideas and identify the right solutions across the user journey.
- Continuously identify and size opportunities to drive business outcomes across product and strategy.
- Build scalable data models, dashboards, and reports to power automation and self-serve insights.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in product analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
- Proficiency in visualisation tools - Tableau, Metabase, or Looker etc.
- Structured problem-solving mindset, strong ownership, and bias to action.
- Proven ability to translate data into simple, clear narratives that drive decisions.
- Sharp focus on defining the
right
KPIs that truly move the business.
