Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Client Servicing Manager with stellar experience in events, experiential marketing or retail activation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong background in client relationship management, event execution, and strategic planning.
As a Client Servicing Manager, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end client engagement from understanding client briefs to ideation, planning, execution, and post-event deliverables. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that every activation, conference, or corporate event is delivered flawlessly and with impact.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients and ensure long-term, successful relationships.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate briefs into unique, creative and strategic solutions in Experiential Marketing / Brand Activation / Events / Seminars / Conference / Retail Activation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, production, operations, and logistics to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Handle end-to-end event execution: venue coordination, budgeting, vendor negotiation, production planning, and on-ground supervision.
- Present event proposals, pitch ideas, and lead client meetings and presentations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues and ensure seamless experiences during event execution.
- Continuously explore opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell event services to existing clients.
- Conduct post-event analysis and ensure feedback is gathered for continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations.
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale events / IP Events and high-profile clients.
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, vendor management, and event logistics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A self-starter with high ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
