Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for digital, print, and multimedia platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, packaging, presentations, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Work with external vendors/agencies when required for production (printing, packaging, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication (or related field).
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDraw, Figma, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital ads, social media creatives, packaging, and print work.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Experience in motion graphics / video editing (preferred but not mandatory).
