R Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack .NET Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a pivotal member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions across the full stack. Your expertise in .NET technologies will be vital in architecting robust applications that meet our clients' needs and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the .NET framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.

  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions leveraging microservices design principles.

  • Implement MVC design patterns and effectively utilize the Entity Framework for data access.

  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Engage in requirements analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 9 to 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong foundation in full stack development.

  • Expertise in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.

  • Proficient in C# programming and familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and knowledge of ORM frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
