About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized
Human Resource Executive
to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle HR processes efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR policies, offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Support in employee training, performance reviews, and appraisals.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to HR compliance.
  • Monitor probation periods, confirmation letters, and employee exit processes.
  • Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
