Job Description
:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Account Executive to join our team at Ubiqedge Technology Pvt Ltd. As a Financial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities, including invoicing, bookkeeping, preparation of financial reports, and coordination with external stakeholders such as company accountants, Chartered Accountants (CA), and Goods and Services Tax (GST) consultants.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Invoicing:

• Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoicing information.

• Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho - Zoho Books.

• Record financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

• Financial Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

• Present financial reports to the management team and provide explanations for variances and anomalies.

• Coordination with External Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with company accountants, Chartered Accountants (CA), and GST consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and taxation laws.

• Provide necessary financial information and documentation for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.

• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and respond to queries and requests on time.

• ROI Tracking and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for key financial initiatives, projects, and expenditures.

• Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial impact of business strategies and operational decisions.
• Provide regular ROI reports to management to support data-driven decision making.

• Identify areas for improving profitability and suggest actionable strategies based on ROI insights.

• Monitoring Financial Growth:

• Track and evaluate the company's financial growth across various parameters including revenue, profit margins, and cost efficiency.

• Generate financial insights to highlight growth trends and support strategic planning.
• Assist management in setting financial goals and KPIs by providing accurate growth projections.

• Ensure financial activities are aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Financial Account Executive or similar role, preferably in a technology or IoT company.
• 5+ years of experience, with experience with Zoho Books a plus and preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
