Job Opportunity: Event Usherette (1-Day Only)

Location: The Westin Gurgaon

Date & Time: Oct 9: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Event Type: Private Dinner Forum (~30 guests)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and well-presented usherette to assist at an exclusive dinner forum.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with simple event setup (e.g., signage, registration desk, materials)
  • Manage guest registration & check-in
  • Provide basic support for AV operations (guidance will be provided)
  • Assist with guest seating and coordination
  • Take clear, well-composed event photos using a mobile phone (preferably with prior experience)

Requirements:

  • Polite and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and basic apps
  • Basic understanding of AV equipment (microphone, clicker, laptop) is a plus
  • Punctual and dependable

Compensation: Competitive day-rate (to be discussed)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹3, ₹5,000.00 per day
