Job Opportunity: Event Usherette (1-Day Only)
Location: The Westin Gurgaon
Date & Time: Oct 9: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Event Type: Private Dinner Forum (~30 guests)
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and well-presented usherette to assist at an exclusive dinner forum.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with simple event setup (e.g., signage, registration desk, materials)
- Manage guest registration & check-in
- Provide basic support for AV operations (guidance will be provided)
- Assist with guest seating and coordination
- Take clear, well-composed event photos using a mobile phone (preferably with prior experience)
Requirements:
- Polite and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and basic apps
- Basic understanding of AV equipment (microphone, clicker, laptop) is a plus
- Punctual and dependable
Compensation: Competitive day-rate (to be discussed)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹3, ₹5,000.00 per day
