Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Road Safety Engineer. The Road Safety Engineer will be responsible for reviewing road designs to ensure compliance with safety standards, conducting safety audits, and implementing safety measures during the construction and operation phases of infrastructure projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, identifying potential workplace hazards, preparing safety reports, and providing training on road safety guidelines and best practices. The role is integral to promoting safety across various construction and transportation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering with 3-5 years of experience is essential.
  • Expertise in Safety Engineering and Construction Safety with knowledge of IRC Codes essential.
  • Experience in developing and delivering Safety Training programs is valuable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and address safety concerns proactively.
  • Professional certifications in safety or health management (e.g., 15 days RSA Training, OSHA, NEBOSH) would be advantageous.
