Job responsibilities:

I. Role description, in short:

As a social content creator, you will be responsible for developing and creating engaging and compelling content for Procam events' social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase engagement and reach, collaborating with other content creators and marketing teams to produce content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.

II. Job responsibilities:

Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including images, videos/Reels, and written copy, that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach on various social media platforms

Produce cohesive and effective social media campaigns

Monitor social media trends and industry changes to ensure content remains relevant and timely

Analyse and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, and use data and learnings for tweaking strategies and decision-making

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and new platforms to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive

Respond and engage with our consumers on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

: 1 - 3 years

Areas of experience: Social media content creation, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

IV. Knowledge &Skill /Competency / Qualification requirements:

  • Knowledge & Skills required: Knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices, Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Competencies required and/or identified for the position, apart from Key Procam Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Attention to details, Creative thinking o Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
