Key Responsibilities


• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.


• Respond to customer queries via chat, WhatsApp, and email.


• Provide accurate information about our products and services.


• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers.


• Record customer details and follow up on leads.


• Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for client requirements.


• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements


• Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken & written).


• Good typing speed for chat support.


• Strong listening & problem-solving skills.


• Prior experience in customer service/tele-calling preferred.


• Basic computer & internet knowledge.


• Ability to work in a professional and polite manner.
