Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Research Trainee
to join our R&D Chemistry team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Chemistry or related fields who are passionate about scientific research and eager to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting. You will assist in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and supporting the development of new chemical products and formulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing laboratory experiments under supervision.
  • Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing.
  • Collect, record, and analyze experimental data accurately.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis).
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and lab cleanliness.
  • Support senior chemists in ongoing research and product development projects.
  • Document procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks or digital systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on research progress.

*Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory techniques such as titration, chromatography, and spectroscopy.
  • Familiarity with chemical safety standards and good laboratory practices (GLP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a research environment.

*Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):*

  • Internship or academic project experience in a chemistry lab.
  • Exposure to formulation development or analytical method development.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools or software (e.g., Excel, ChemDraw, Origin).
