We are seeking an experienced S/4 HANA ABAP Developer to join our SAP team. Will have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions in SAP S/4 HANA environments. The role requires proficiency in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData services, AMDP, and Fiori/UI5 integration, with the ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms in S/4 HANA.
  • Develop and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and OData services for integration with Fiori/UI5 applications.
  • Work on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects.
  • Debug and resolve issues in custom ABAP programs and provide root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform code optimization and leverage HANA performance techniques (pushdown, SQL scripting, etc.).
  • Support integration with third-party systems using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.
  • Provide technical documentation for all developments and enhancements.
  • Work in Agile/DevOps methodologies with version control (Git), transport management, and continuous improvement mindset.
