Cloud Admin

Subject Matter Expertise for Cloud administrators, resolve complex issues, guide and  coach cloud Admins.

Expertise in Cloud technologies, Hypervisor layer, Cloud Provisioning Platform, Orchestration layer.

Hands-on expertise on cloud resources such as VM, Storage, Network; Configure LB, NSG, Firewall in provisioning and trouble shooting.

Prepare SOPs, Gather Asset information and create architecture diagrams. OEM interlock

  Design and architect cloud-based solutions using Openstack cloud technologies and services.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including solution designs, reference architectures, and best practices.

Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, highly available, and cost-effective.

Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for Openstack Cloud solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders.

Provide guidance and recommendations on cloud-related technologies and trends.

Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized cloud solutions.

Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.

Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical demonstrations.

Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.

Establish engineering and automation objectives

Consult with internal IT customers on net new and cloud migration initiatives.

Provide third-level support and provide root cause analysis of issues.

Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks

Assist in capacity planning

Strong knowledge of Openstack cloud technologies and services, including IaaS, NetApp Storage

Experience with Openstack Cloud, Linux/Unix and Network infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Certifications in Openstack, Linux or Network technologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
