Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide technical support, manage product integration processes, and offer expertise on security solutions. Daily tasks involve understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, preparing technical proposals, offering technical demonstrations, and supporting the sales team to secure projects.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve customer challenges effectively.
• Strong expertise in Presales and the ability to design and propose customized technical solutions that meet client requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales to assist in creating competitive proposals and supporting client acquisition efforts.
• Proficiency in Integration and working with collaborative systems to ensure seamless product and solution deployment.
• Familiarity with Security systems and technologies, especially in electronic surveillance solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the security solutions industry is advantageous.
